Over 100 houses including places of worship and public facilities have been destroyed by heavy storm in Mafi Tsawla, a community in the Central Tongu District of the Volta Region.
The incident has displaced many people who are calling for help.
This incident comes days after over thirty communities were badly hit by flooding due to the Dam spillage.
Just when the affected were looking for help, Mafi Tsawla has also been hit by a natural disaster, heavy storm.
Many of the buildings in this community have had their roofs ripped off by the storm. Churches, Shrines were not spared in the devastation.
Electrical poles were equally affected plunging the community into darkness.
